Piñon Hills Ranch Board Members

  • Tim Connor

My wife Lisa and I have been property owners since 2005 and subsequently had our home built in 2013. I am currently retired after serving more than 30 years in the Public Sector managing potable water systems. Before joining the Public Sector, I worked in various construction trades to obtain the knowledge and skills required to obtain my California General Contractor B License.

I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration, a California State Water Resource Control Board Grade 5 Distribution Operator Certificate, and a Grade 2 Treatment Operator Certificate.

As the POA President, I am committed to transparency, accountability, and development of the Ranch. I encourage PHR property owners to voice their ideas and visons and be a part of future committees.

Working together, we can keep the natural beauty and tranquility of the Ranch.

Since 2007, my husband Robert and I have been living full time on the ranch. It is an ever changing naturally beautiful place to live. We are now retired and enjoy not only the views but the peace and quiet the ranch provides.

I have worked in continuing education program development with a community college; as a community facilitator/extension agent with a university extension service; and then created my own business offering consulting services in both organizational and community development.

I am excited to be part of our board at this time of growth to ensure the qualities that brought us all here are enhanced and to work together to create a harmonious community.

My wife Monique and I moved to Pinon Hills in 202 with two of our three kids, Jackson (12) and Annabel (7). Our oldest daughter, Tigerlily, lives in Ft. Collins where she is a chef at a well known restaurant in old town. We absolutely love the varying wildlife, the beautiful sunsets and the abundance of opportunity the ranch provides for us as full time residents and look forward to meeting more of our neighbors and property owners.

We have lived in CO for 9 years since moving from California where we previously both worked for The Walt Disney Company for over a decade. I currently work as the Head of Product for a large software company based in Denver, working fully remotely from the ranch and Monique manages a local bar/restaurant in town. We feel very fortunate to be able to enjoy this spectacular land and want to do what we can to preserve its beauty while helping transform it into the ranch community it can be.
